  • bendhaus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping

  • We ship orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. bendhaus is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and health standards, grip socks are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • Wholesale orders are final sale unless goods arrive faulty or damaged.
