Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details if available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (Australia): Flat rate of $10.95 for orders up to 500g in weight – estimated delivery 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping (Australia): Flat rate of $14.95 for orders up to 500g in weight – estimated delivery 1–5 business days.
Standard Shipping (United Kingdom): Flat rate of $35.00 for orders up to 500g in weight - estimated delivery 4-7 business days.
Standard Shipping (United States): Flat rate of $30.00 for orders up to 500g in weight - estimated delivery 5-9 business days (6+ business days for minor outlying islands).
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to postal delays outside of our control.
Heavier parcels (501g - 2kg) will incur a larger shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bendhaus is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and health standards, all grip socks are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@bendhaus.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or if the product has been worn or packaging ripped.
